Bonding process

Precisely attach RFID chips to antenna substrates using flip-chip bonding or direct die-attach with conductive adhesive for electrical interconnection.

Converting process

Convert chip antenna (inlay) with face material (Coated paper/PP/PET) and release liner through adhesive layering to form complete tag structures.

QC

Test electrical performance (reading range/frequency) and conduct visual checks (printing/lamination), replace non-good RFID labels to ensure quality.
